At Ease with Eating is a nutrition counseling service owned and operated by Karen Giles-Smith, MS, RDN. As a registered dietitian, I provide medical nutrition therapy (nutrition counseling) for clients with a variety of issues/concerns including eating disorders, disordered eating, food/weight concerns and family feeding issues. I offer expert guidance to help clients be at ease with eating and foster fret-free feeding for their families. My health-centered approach is collaborative, individualized and flexible--rather than prescriptive--with a focus on mindful and intuitive eating. I believe the way to nourish your life is to have a healthy relationship with food, eating and your body: To provide; not deprive.
