We did the normal bidding process of getting 3 quotes. Tom Magnusson was by far the best salesman I seen. He didn't just give me a website, a brochure, or tell me to go to his studio to see the windows. He brought his product and a portfolio on the history of his business and his creditionals. I was SUPER impressed! Being a likable person is definitely on his side as well. Everyting happened as contracted, upper level windows are in and look great! A refreshing exprience! I have booked lower level window installation and will continue to give Magnusson any future business I have as well as refer them!
