If i could put negative stars i would! Let me just say i am mortified with my hair cut that was done by the owner!! I went in to get a bob haircut and it was supposed to be done by a different stylist. Well the owner came in after my wash and the stylist said the owner has 20 years under her belt and does it good and fast. Well it was extremely uneven and looks horrible! I could cry and now need extensions because if it was fixed i would almost be bald!!! So they knew i didnt like it so said i should sleep on it and if i want it fixed to come in the next day. Well needless to say they are NOT touching my hair. So i went it for a refund and they were under the assumption they were cutting it again! So i showed the owner her "fabulous" hair cut and she even knew she messed up and gave me 30 back .. i paid 40!! So she says well you gave a tip it was a 30$ hair cut ... would anyone pay to have someone butcher their hair?!?!? DEFINITELY NOT!!! So now thanks to this salon and the owner i have to live with a terrible hair cut uneven hair cut and now have to pay 100+ for extensions!!! I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE!!!!!!

I absolutly love Aidiles Hair Nail and Skin Spa. Its very clean and the staff is professional and neat. Their services are beyond AMAZING and feel very relaxed. I will continue going their for my colour services and cuts! I would Highly Recommend it!!

Went here for a haircut and really liked the people and I thought I liked my haircut. That is until I got home and noticed the damage. She had used sheers to thin out my thick hair, only instead there were CHUNKS missing. Literally chunks. My hair is about collarbone length and there is one piece at the nape of my neck cut so short it barely touches my shoulder. It just about even stays in when I pull it into a ponytail. But the worst piece is a huge chunk missing right under the top layer of my hair. The piece is so short it is just about level with my ear. It is so noticeable I can't wear my hair down - I have to either do sides up or pin that side so the chunk doesn't show. Be careful if you decide to use their serves ...

I don't understand how anybody can say anything bad about this place. It's the most professional, comfortable environment I've ever gone to. Jill and aidile both cut my hair and both do an amazing job. They're prices are outstanding. when I leave I feel like I'm part of the family! I highly recommend Aidiles! Nick from east providence.

I have been a client at Aidile's for over 9 years. I have found her to be very professional. My whole family goes there for haircuts. My daughter and I have had cuts and color treatments. I have had EVERY service she offers. If she were the slightest bit rude, unprofessional, sloppy, or careless there is no way I would be a client at her salon for this long. I had the same stylist for YEARS at her salon. The stylist chose to leave to be with her kids. If she fired a stylist, those were probably the ones talking about clients. I always get asked where I get my hair done and I have no problem recommending Aidile's!

I do NOT recommend. Unfortunately, my hair is ruined. It's so damaged I look like an ostriche with a bunch of 3 inch hairs blowing around on the top of my head. My color came out horrendous. I've given them many opportunities to correct the situation, but no responses. I've cried so much about my hair.

Great place to go and relax. I recently went for a pedicure, and Lianna did a fantastic job I was falling asleep in the chair! She took her time and the results were amazing. As we were talking she told me she received a gold medal in nail care, she's a great addition to Aidile's staff!

From all of my years jumping from salon to salon because i could never find a hairdresser right for me and I have to say Aidile's staff is amazing. They do amazing work! Are friendly! And the prices are accomodating as well as Aidile and her staff!! All the other reviews are false. You'll never know the truth unless you receive a service there yourself. One day I walked in for a blowdry to see what the place was about. I explained I've been in the sun a lot this summer and my hair was dry. Aidile recommended a conditioning treatment, the young lady who gave me the shampoo took her time gave me a scalp massage. I was so pleased with the results! This place is amazing- I'll definately be a regular at Aidile's.

I love Aidiles, it's very classy and professional. The staff are also very nice and helpful, my favorite place to go!

think some of these comments are ridiculous, I drive from Fall River, Ma because I finally found a salonthat does what I want. When I go in all the girls are really nice I've never had a problem with any of the staff orany of the services. i always get commented on how wonderful i look when i leave--

Called for appt. and my nail tech was gone-she was wonderful and they wouldn't give me her contact information-how unprofessional!

SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. Every time I went to someone there I was happy with, Aidile would fire them. She is extremely unprofessional and from what I've heard from more than one source, she hire's people, they build up clients and she goes and fires them AFTER she takes their clients info out of the employees appt. book. She gives the ex-employee back their appt. book with the info erased! I have also been there when Aidile was talking bad about some of her clients. I have to post this here to get the word out at how bad this place is-I can't stress it enough. I see I'm not the only one who feels this way!

All they do is talk bad about there cliental while doing hair-terrible color and cut-never will return and will spread the word.

I first went for nails and they came out so beautiful. The next time i went I got my hair done and Aidiles had the most gentle hands I definitely will be going back and recommending to friends

Terrible ownership-charged $200.00 for a color correction that she never corrected-then cut off 13 inches of my hair when I went in for a trim (and still charged me 40 dollars). Cannot stress enough how bad this place is-she has lost several clients that previously went to her and hopefully will lose more. She has no business in this industry.
