Pain is NOT a lifestyle!At Muscle Maintenance, we focus on identifying the instigation, compensation and allowance factors that contribute to chronic pain, discomfort or restricted range of motion, and then teach our clients exercises, stretches and ergonomic changes they can make in their daily lives to help solve their issues and move toward a maintenance program to keep them feeling great! Of course, we also treat acute pain due to injury or surgery and help our clients on the road to recovery.
