Had a new experience today. Went to In Japan located in Easton. We got hibachi and had the best time watching our food being prepared. Put the Yakatori in Guam to shame. Now I know where I want to go for my 60th birthday. Unfortunately, it is really expensive. I was told I could eat off the children's menu THIS time, which is the only reason I stayed. Our server was a sweetheart and our preparer was very talented. He actually laughed when I said the food was, "Scrumpdillyitious."

Food is good. Service is questionable. Have been here twice and had great service the first time and very bad service the second time. The wait staff should not treat tables differently No one should feel like a second class citizen which is the feeling we had the second time. The table across from us had the same waitress and she fawned over them and barely came to our table. This table came in 20 minutes later than our yet had there food before us. Also thier food and drinks were delivered together ours was delivered five minutes apart. Also what happen to service with a smile, if you don't want to be there find another job.

I've been waiting for quite a while for a sushi/steak house to come around here! Finally it's here and it is out of this world! Great food! Wonderful service! Affordable prices! Beautiful place! Going back next week! Thanks In Japan!!!!
