Doctor had no responsibility for anything. First, ordered diagnostic test without a prescription,promised to fax it,but fax did not work.Office closes after 4:00 pm and you should solve the problems in the next day.Dr Z provided an enigmatic information related to an appointment for ultrasound test, but it was expected to be most important and final stage of IVF-embryo transfer and not ultrasound. I called up to the office several times until found a time for an appointment: Hot line did not work at Eatontown office, connected to Toms River office but no return call, after few hours connected to Eatontown office. It was a success to see good service by front desk which did not happen often,sometimes they have slow and nasty one.
Once Dr Z "corrected " that IVF Stimulation Overview was not IVF instructions. However,the scope of provided IVF Stimulation Overview was about IVF instruction itself- excluded MEDICATION SCHEUDLE that was sent 2 months late.
IVF Stimulation Overview, provided by DrZ states: when 2-3 mature follicles are seen you will be instructed to take HCG at an exact time. March 8, 2017, ultrasound monitoring provided by nurse states 20mm,19mm,17mm follicles, estradiol was 2197.
Dr Z was posting a photo in Facebook about Iceland vacation,Cave, Blue lagoon.
Dr Z did not have a time to make decision about HCG!!!
March 10,2017, ultrasound provided by student/practitioner states mature follicles: 20,17,17, estradiol level was high 3930.
March 11,2017 finally received HCG injection instruction , mature follicles were 20,20,19 estradiol was very high 4019.
IVF protocol did not work. 11th day egg retrieval produced poor quality result- 2 embryos survived only from " 27 perfectly embryos".
It was given to sign a paper of agreement a few second before a dangerous biopsy, that it might cause pelvic infections, intoxication, cervical cancer.I feel sorry for wasting so much time for unnecessary endometrial biopsy that caused excruciating pain for weeks.
I do not recommend ERA, because mechanical problems exist too - embryos might be damaged by bad assisted hatching,unskillful embryo transfer by doctor.
Do not waste a time for pregnancy blood test since they do not report negative result .

This review is for Dr. Ziegler of RCS. We started working with him after I was referee to him by my own OBGYN who was a former patient of his. From the first day we sat down with him I knew we were going to have a positive experience. He adjusted my medications after I could not produce enough estrogen to create healthy eggs (only 1 of my problems) and not only did we get one great quality egg to transfer but we also had one to freeze. I did not think we would get any and was so happy. We are currently expecting this summer. If he had not adjusted my meds the way he did and when he did I don't think I would be writing that. He always explained everything in great detail and when I had a questions I could email the IVF coordinator Ali or ask to have Dr. Z call me back and the response time was great. I was always seen promptly at my appts and the nursing staff was great. Fran even help my hand during a procedure and talked me through it. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ziegler is simply amazing. He made us feel completely at ease, during a very difficult time. We never felt rushed, or silly for asking questions. He took his time answering all questions and explaining our options. We would definitely recommend Dr. Ziegler to anyone who is having trouble getting pregnant.

The Reproductive Science Center is absolutely professional in every way. I had a wonderful experience there and I will never forget how Dr. Bromer and staff made me always feel so comfortable as if I was their only patient. Thank you so much.

After my 1st failed ivf cycle I decided to switch Doctors. What a difference!!!! Dr. Broomer and all the staff at the Reproductive Science Center of NJ were so great. From my very 1st visit all the way through my ivf cycle they were kind, caring, compassionate and made me feel very cared for. It was such a more personal experience. I would recommend their service and expertice to anyone going through this very stressful time.
