It's a shame that they happen to be a great company that offers great programs, however, I agree that they do not answer their phones and it is impossible to speak to someone when all the calls are routed to voicemail.

They didn't pay my homeowners insurance which is included in my monthly mortgage. The ins company is threatening to cancel the policy and I cannot get them to answer neither phone line.
