Unfortunately we had to move out of our house due to the tornados that recently hit us. We called John after hours (around 8 pm) to see if there was any way we could move some of our remaning items into a climate controlled stroage unit. Due to our situation, not only did he meet us there within 20 minutes but he allowed us to have another unit at no additional charge. He is a very honest and dependable person and we would personally recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to call this company. Again, thank you John for everything you did to help us out.
