Eibar represented the company, was extremely professional, and was able to diagnose and locate the problem right away. The service call was reasonable and I was up and running in no time. I was having problems with my refrigerator and my out dated microwave. Eibar came to my house promptly and was very nice! He explained what I needed to do with my refrigerator and my microwave he was honest and very helpful. I will definitely use them again for any problem I come across in the future!!!
