I have been going to this robot once a month for 50 months. Nothing but frustration. This wait was only 1:45 minute wait. Appt time was 10 :15. When he only has a patient 5 m9ns or less, it appears they don't only double book, it's ridiculous. By the time I see him I get so angry, after doing this round trip, 400 miles a month. I can' hardly sleak. He never listens to my suggestions. My insurance said to ask if he can postdate the scripts so I'd only have to drive there every 3 months. He refused, due to his "liability." I asked this time if there was any alternative so he threatened to cut me off the pain meds I really need.

I've been seeing Dr Abresch for several yrs now and he has been the most informative dr that I have had. He spends time explaining results and always knows my history before coming in the room...unlike some others, that ask...and flip through pages and pages and schedule tests that have already been taken. I highly recommend him. His staff is courteous, sometimes hard to get through on the phone, but if you leave a message they will call you right back...100% top notch and nowadays that's hard to find.
