We have been with Sun City for since early 2009. What I like the most is that you can get into your unit 24 hours a day. Many other places have SET hours which can cause problems for people who work shift work. We are retired which means set hours wouldn't be that bad. But we do like to get into the unit at odd hours every so often. The facility is also very clean and the security is very good also. You can NOT get in the facility unless you know the pin for your unit. Another plus is that the facility is on HIGH ground which means you don't have to worry about your stuff getting flooded if we have a bad rain storm which can happen, especially in the late summer, fall and winter.
