      Horrible service. Long repair time which was even prolonged by several flubs on a simple scratch repair, first over-baking one side and turning my bumper yellow, 2nd is overpainting the body. And yet he calls himself "professional" car painter. Very poor communication, I was the one calling for updates and the only time he called was to tell me he won't finish the job as promise at 4pm on the day I was supposed to pick it up. And he actually has the balls and admitted he HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING AT ALL FOR ALL THE DAYS HE HAD MY CAR. The crooked part of it all is he asked my insurance for a supplemental and got more money for a scratch he never even touched. Total days for repair? 10 days for a simple scratch...and actually just did half of the job.



      And if you still wanna try his service despite everything, have everything in writing to the last dot, so you will have something to sue him with. His words are worthless. And don't sign anything until you make sure he has ink in his printer so you can have a copy of your own.

      A++ Service!!!

      I needed some repair on my front bumper. I went and got an estimate that I couldn't pass up. Ralph ordered the parts for my car, had it painted and ready for install in no time. I came in and hung out with Pauline while Ralph installed the new bumper. After a couple of hours, I was back on the road with a new bumper and car looking good once again. Ralph did an awesome job. Money well spent!!!
