I went here because Peterson Pools was out of what I was looking for. These people at Nassau were rude. I felt like I was taking up there time and was a bother. We actually purchased our pool with them 5 years ago, spend $12,000.00 and quit going because they were rude. I guess somethings never change. Go to Peterson Pools and spa. Great people.

I have used this store a couple of times over the past two years and it has been a dissapointment. If you know what you are looking for, then it is ok; but don't ask for any help because the sales clerk doesn't know and the person that sits behind the desk it too busy to be bothered by customers. I will try the other stores in the area before going back for more abuse from these jokers.

Just wanted to thank you for all your help in solving our water issues in our hot tub. We thought we were getting such a great deal at the discount stores on chemicals and found out thats what was causing our problems. We will be back, the salewoman was very helpful and seemed to have a lot of knowledge on their products.
