OMG...Valley Drug is the absolute best!!! I get insulin for my cat and they have always been so helpful. I don't live in the area so I need the drugs overnighted (insulin needs to be refridgerated). Usually I don't realize it until the last possible moment or going into a weekend. They have always bent over backwards to make sure I have the medicine in time.



They are the greatest and I would highly recommend them for ANY drugstore need. And I love their website especially the Vet/Animal section. It makes me smile.

John14Smith, you have written reviews of this pharmacy on several different websites with different, conflicting stories. If you look on other sites with more reviews, you'll notice they get a high score overall.



My friend and I have both been going there for a long time (years) and have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and their customer service.



I don't know why you have a vendetta against this pharmacy and the "fat, gray-haired lady," but it's ridiculous and childish. Furthermore, to falsely claim that they gave you a larger dose of your medication (or your dog's meds, depending on the version of the story) is slanderous and if I were the owner I would be calling MY lawyer.



Not to mention the fact that people may be looking for a good custom compound pharmacy and your lies may prevent them from finding this gem of a place. Shame on you. Shame, shame, SHAME on you! SHAME!!

i recently took a prescription for small dosage of 100mg to this place and I wanted it to taste like cherries cause I cant swallow. the drug was for my disease and i needed it for pain. When I dropped the item off I guess I was in the middle of an argument between the Pharmacist and a Pharmacy Tech, the lead Pharmacist was yelling at the PT that she looks confused and that she is dumb and retarded and then he went to the others and did some what the same, now i don't work for human resources but I am pretty sure that you cant tell your workers that or anything resembling in that matter. As I was approaching I encountered a chubby gray haired woman, i asked her what was going on are you guys closed, she replied no just the usual, I was like wow...... Now as I was ordering she told me to just sit and wait, because they have other things to do, As I was waiting the fat one was criticizing, no She was talking smack about other workers on how they are. I mean this is childish high school drama and she was well into her 30s. besides that when I received my medication and went home my stomach was irritated by pain, they have prescribed at little over 400mg of my prescription, I went the next day to try to get money back and a free medication and I was treated the same way the employees were.

My experience don't take it on my words go by yourself and find out.
