We requested a “move out” special. Placing the request was easy and friendly, and we explained we needed the kitchen, bathrooms (2), cabinets, and baseboards done. The maids showed up early on the day they were scheduled. Great! I explained again what we needed. We had 2 maids scheduled for 1.5 hours. I had to leave when they got there. I got a call later explaining they needed another 30-45 minutes. Fine. I said I wanted a call when they were done. I arrived about the time they were supposed to be finishing. As I drove up, I saw the back, sliding-glass door was open, so I figured they were still working. I waited for about 10 minutes to let them finish, then went in. No maids, and no phone call. They had left with the door wide open. I then checked to see what had been done: no baseboards or cabinets done, bathrooms cleaner, and the kitchen was ok. We had to completely redo the bathrooms, and do the baseboards and cabinets. It seemed like what they did do would have taken maybe 30 minutes, not 2 hours. As we cleaned that weekend, my wife kept asking "what DID they do?". I do NOT recommend this Merry Maids location. Their motto is “relax, it’s done”. Well, it wasn’t even close.

After numerous chances and opportunities they have still proven a huge disappointment. Do NOT waste your money.

Amazing customer service and amazing cleaning. I would 100% recommend Merry Maids to anyone in the Parker area. Got an amazing deal too!!
