Our experience with the company is they sent us to collections without a call or a bill, no phone call attempts or mail sent

I had surgery 3 months ago and honestly have had nothing but trouble with the billing of South Denver Anesthesiologists from get go. They couldn't even be bothered to check their files. They ran my surgery as cosmetic even though I had pre-authorization through my insurance from an accident that broke my nose the year before therefore making my surgery reconstructive not cosmetic and able to be ran through insurance. I made multiple phone calls after receiving the bill for a huge amount and had to explain to 3 different people that I think they ran it wrong and every step they argued with me. Finally I was transferred to my account rep and the end result was "Oh yeah. . . I do see here they copied your insurance card. Weird" The fact that every step of this process I had to explain to them the not so complicated process of an insurance covered surgery is ridiculous. I've been told it was fixed 4 times and I am still receiving bills. It's not even worth calling them anymore. Instead I have my insurance company take lead in re-processing their wrongly submitted claims.
