Great customer service with a smile !!!
I come on a weekly basis for a fill up and car wash, consistent service every time. I will continue to do my business here.

I used the "automatic" washing tunnel. The attendant hand-sprayed all the windows, wheels, tires and the front of our vehicle as we entered the tunnel. The front of our vehicle was completely covered with dead insects, looking like a man with a 3-day scruff on his face. Then the machinery rolled our vehicle through the automatic portion of the tunnel, including blow drying. When we emerged from the distant end of the tunnel, the attendant reappeared and hand-dried all the windows and side-view mirrors. The exterior of our vehicle was much cleaner than I expected from an automatic car wash. It was as if the exterior had been cleaned by a detail shop. This is an excellent service/value for $12.00

Not Free Vacuum , A blond headed guy came out of the store, obviously angry, and stated that the vacuums were only for customers who first bought a car wash. I would have purchased full service car wash and filled my vehicle with gas. But after my interaction with the store employee or owner, whom ever he was, I would rather not encourage this kind of customer service by giving him some of my money.

Horrible service straight from the owner! He personally threaten to call the police on me for washing my dirty car in his bay he also informed me I am not allowed to use the scrub brush on the wall because it is for nice vehicles!!

I used this station's car wash on 08/08/2012. After spraying $2.75 worth of soapy water on my truck I began to scrub it with the available brush. A person came out of the office and accused my wife and I of stealing because I was scrubbing the truck in his bay and we had not put more money into the machine to rinse it off. My wife tried to explain that I was scrubbing dirt off the truck and we would feed more money into the machine when ready. The man then started yelling at my wife to "put money in the machine or get your truck out, you are stealing." I've used car washes of this type all over the country and never been accused of stealing because I was scrubbing my truck. This mans actions were uncalled for and very rude. I needed to fuel the truck after washing it, which I did at another station to the tune of $190.00. I didn't want the Shell station guy to think I was stealing his fuel also!! Will I ever go back to this station? NEVER!
