Worse service manager in town he is a rude crude disgusting man named Pat. He is not good for this company he talks down to people and is disgusting. If I was the comptroller at this store I would fire him in a second I would never allow this in the companies I have run!
I found out the hard way that when I shop for the best price for items. that I get what I paid for. My great deal on a Patio set that was a steel in my book, wasn't a steel at all. I purchased elsewhere and a couple of rain showers caused my new set to rust in the first summer (made in china). I was so mad and I took such care with it so it would last. When I went to Emerald pool & patio they sold not only quality furniture made to last 15 years or better, they also sold Made in the USA. I've learned the hard way that I'll go to Emerald over the cut rate places anyday. The angry person I just read doesn't live in the real world that I know, and probably takes his car to someone who works out of his own garage. Emeralds rates are right with the HVAC service rates as well as the upstanding auto repairs. I bet you can guess......Made in the USA means you get Quality and Emerald sells it. Some people haven't learned that yet, I like the thought of not contributing to this disposible world that we seem to live in. Thanks Emerald for KEEPING American's working and selling Quality. Wish more American's understood.
Had them come out and just check my spa out it cost me 95.00 i was shocked who charges 95.00 per hour?? so i called several places and got quotes most would do a quick check for 55.00 to 70.00 or they are 75.00 per hour to do tghe work check around people anyone can work on your hot tub you dont need these yahoos i used the people out w11th way less and excellent. Dont be duped into paying the 95.00 per hour no one else charges that not even close who do these people think they are??
had some repair work done by them and the service was terreible and to make things worse i had expected a repair bill of 200 but got one for 500. I did some checking elsewhere and found that they are known for this they charge 95.00 per hour look around everyone else i talked with was 75.00 oer hour and the cost of partsthey way over charge be aware very dissapointed
It has been 4 months since I started my process with Emerald Pool and Patio and I am still trying to get my final product satisfactorily installed. I have had to take off of work multiple times, and will again at least once more before my final non-defective unit is installed. In my experience there is limited (at best) follow through after they have collected your money. I have asked for the name of a general manager or owner on at least 3 occasions and have never been given an answer, I just get told "we'll take care of you", which has yet to happen! Last contact was nearly 2 weeks ago, they were going to get back to me in "a little bit". Apparently that translates to "we won't call you back, you'll have to call us". I am really disappointed with the service (if you can call it that) that. I really feel like once they have your money, they don't care about anything else. I most certainly WOULD NOT recommend this company!
