The employee turnover ratio is extremely high because the owners are very abrupt and disrespectful and often dismiss Oregon state employment laws; eg. required meal breaks, etc. Residents often have to remind staff that their medications have not been given to them. Residents have very few daily activities that aren't cancelled throughout the week. Kitchen helpers are not always required to have a food handlers card.
