I've always used Lane County Glass for all of my glass needs. They have great prices and fast, friendly service. Won't go anywhere else!
d competitors prices were much better they responded very quickly and efficiently when asked to do a job and they didn't flip me off.
I hope people truly use these reviews. with as much bad reviews and negative comments from customers as this company has I'm surprised anyone uses them at all. if you value your own time at all I highly recommend you use any other company. not to mention that the window was obviously not thick enough for the space so they put in to quarter inch spacers to take up the gap instead of using a thicker higher quality glass that we expected and requested.
Had a broken window. Got a quote. Waited days for a call back. Finally had time set for install. They no showed no call. When finally installed crew was not professional. Would not trust these guys alone in my house. Will not be going back. Would not recommend even in a pinch.
