Over the past year I have been having a real hard time with lower back pain and sciatica. It was so bad that I was limping and hunched over when I walked. The pain was horrible. On a scale of 1-10 the pain was a 15. I tried physical therapy with limited results. I did not want to have surgery because I know the body can heal itself.
