      Jillian said she would make my...

      Jillian said she would make my son's birthday cake for his party on Sept. 29th. The week before the party, she didn't respond to two emails and a voicemail. The day before I was to pick up the cake she finally answered her phone and told me she was sorry, but she had a last minute request for a cake and she couldn't make my son's cake. What happened to courtesy and communication? I guess money speaks more for this business woman.
