Absolutely HORRIBLE. Failed in every aspect to help and do his job. Huge lack in communication, and was almost impossible to get ahold of. Filed papers in the wrong order which prevented protection, as well as prolonged getting any issues taken care of. Seemed to be lost in all aspects of the case, and either recommended proper authorities too late for them to help, or didn't recommend them at all. Seemed to give up when it came down to it, and tried to save face in the end.
