      Started in 2002, Curves Citrus Heights is a fitness and health club based in Citrus Heights, Calif. The fitness center provides weight management services, such as diet plans, books on fitness, vitamins and nutritional supplements for women. It offers cardio and strength training sessions for weight loss, firming and toning exercises. The fitness club utilizes CurvesSmart, a state-of-the-art personal coaching system, in its circuit workout session. Curves International has selected Curves Citrus Heights as the Shining Star club and Citrus Heights has voted it as The Best Fitness Workout for 2005, 2006 and 2007.
