Don't shop here! We bought a gift for our 9 year old son that was defective, and they would not exchange or take it back! because it was opened (duh!) and we bought it December 11 -- over 14 days ago. Well, it was a Christmas gift that was opened on teh 25th! $70 down the drain.

had a great experience with their laurel store. found out later they had a shop a few miles from my office in fairfax. regular shopper here now. i discovered, by shopping at 2 of their stores, hobby works,as a company, puts a heavy emphasis on customer service. (which is rare these days). i highly recommend these guys at any of their stores. thanks again hobby works.
