Atty Hallal is a nice man but not necessarily a good lawyer. Never returns phone calls even if you call 10 times a day for a week. Never .has time to effictively communicate.Talks too fast and doesn,t ever finish. Misses deadlines for fileings and generally just doesn,t do a decent job of preparation of your law suit. If you need good counsel and a lawyer that does his job to prepare for you, and there is a serious need for a good defense , then I strongly suggest you get a good, mean, fully prepared lawyer.
