When your office suite is finished, Michelle is there to manage and take care of any facility needs so that you can focus on whats important to you, your business.Kelly Resendes is a Construction Superintendent with Jefferson Realty, LLC and Teknikor Contracting. Kelly is responsible for job site construction from the planning stages to finish. He has over 25 years of experience in various construction disciplines including residential, commercial, healthcare and industrial.Prior to joining Jefferson Realty, Kelly was a Construction Specialist for Diocesan Health Facilities Organization and lead carpenter for Gemco.Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He also is a licensed Construction Supervisor (Unrestricted) in Massachusetts, has earned a certificate in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Bristol Community College and has completed 10 and 30 hour OSHA training courses.
