Always very timely, helpful, and a pleasure to work with! I was reading previous comments and have to say that people should remember that 1. they are family owned and operated, who I'm sure have had family emergencies, that would require them not to be available right away. 2. the grandfather has 30 years experience, along with the grandson who has 15 years experience; so I'm sure they answered questions/ performed to their knowledge.

Came when called, but tried to convince me that my septic was not doing what it should. Since I have had trouble in past, I knew he was not telling me the truth. His helper corrected him. He will NOT come back to my house.

I have one of your business cards in which it states 7 days a week 24 hour service. I called today (Sunday) at noon time it is now 6:30 pm and I have not heard a word back. (Not to reliable)
