Life Care Center of Farmington is also equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and modalities to maximize your therapy experience. This facility uses an interdisciplinary team approach, which involves patients and families in establishing a plan of care with the goal of returning to home and community life. The team at Farmington believes that their patients deserve dignity, respect, and the highest possible quality of life.
