The theater is overall physically nice, but does pose an issue to enter if you are a person with disability (where are the auto doors for wheelchairs, for instance?) . Since opening, there has been hit and miss cleanliness of the place...in the theaters and womens bathroom (that I can attest to). Smiles and manners? No, whether at the ticket counter, concessions or where you get the dirty 3D glasses (yes...you can see the grease on the lenses...and I will not spend extra for getting diseases from who knows).

I love the theater. The workers at the concession stand....HORRIBLE! You literally have to get there 30 minutes early so you can stand in line at concession stand before your movie starts. It's not that they are understaffed....they literally move in SLOW MOTION. I heard so many complaints at the concession stand like "it's worth it to go to Fiesta instead of standing here for 30 min." As much as we are spending on movies, it is just frustrating how long the workers take at the concession stand.

Since the opening of this theatre last year, every time i go see a movie, i go to this theatre. Why? Because of their nice theatre seating and many of other things as well. One thing that is great about the theatre is that you can sign up for the Silver Screen Rewards Club, and earn points towards free concession, and even free movie tickets. This theatre is the best, no doubt about it.
