After two encounters I felt this place needed a review. One of the Associates that helped me on both encounters (Gwen) was very rude! If I could have bought my piece of military art elsewhere I sure would have. The specific artist should put his business in a different store bc she is ruining business for him! I figured she was having a bad day so I thought the second encounter would be better...oh no! When I asked for a piece of information (the color of a mat) I got snappy attitude and told I'm not telling you that. Wow! Thank you, I'm sure another artist and another framing store will want my business.
