This less than customer service friendly company impounded a container and allowed for access to empty by a person that had no authorization from the legal owner. To retrieve the container documentation had to be provided despite a driver in a company uniform driving a company vehicle with a proprietary lift. And to top it off pricing changed multiple times ending with a total of 739.13 for a 6 block tow and 5 days storage. Would never use this company to have anything towed. Personnel are extremely rude and seem less than knowledgeable about their business.
