This Company was awesome to work with. They moved our piano on time and made sure I was happy with the location we placed in our home. They spent all the time required to make sure we were happy. We did not feel rushed. They price was very competitive. I am sure you will be very satisfied with their service.

We hired bob and his crew on a recommendation from reiffsnyders piano gallery to move our grand piano. Their office staff were very helpful in accommodating our hectic schedule, as we both are constantly on the go. I was surprised to see the owner on the delivery truck, but really made us feel comfortable. Let me tell you, these guys know how to move a piano. They had it wrapped, broken down, and in the truck in what seemed like 15 minutes ! They followed us to our new home and had it in and set up just as quick. A good price, quick service, and a pleasant crew. In a time when good customer service seems to be hard to find, it was refreshing to find this company delivers just that !

I needed to have a spinet piano moved from the suburbs of Philly to Central PA. I called about five different places and got price quotes from them. Bob Haynes Piano Moving offered the best deal and they were willing to move the piano on short notice. I was very very pleased by their professionalism. They called the night before the move and gave me a 2 hour window for the Estimated Time of Delivery. On the day of the move they called again once they had already picked up the piano to give me a more accurate Estimated Time of Delivery. When they arrived, they were very efficient. They took every precaution in moving the piano down the stairs. They even removed the fragile spinet legs to make sure that no harm came to them and expertly reattached the legs on the other end. My friends who interacted w/ them on the pickup end of things said that everything went smoothly and that they too were impressed w/ their professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone.
