Using a United Mayflower storage container and their associated services was the worst moving mistake I've ever made. The majority of the furniture was broken upon arrival. The storage container door was buckled out and dented and it took the local movers (arranged by United Mayflower) a couple hours to get the door open. The inside looked like a disaster area--boxes were toppled, furniture crushed. I spent hours and hours on the phone, sending e-mails, writing letters. The entire move was a fiasco, from the container not being delivered on the correct day, to local movers sending some guy who was "doing them a favor" to unreturned calls. The money I recovered does not begin to pay for the damage/replacement.
