I had a terrible experience with Lisa and her staff. I found the staff who answers the phones and schedules appointments to be negligent and unprofessional. Some of the staff was rude when taking my phone calls. Referrals were supposed to be set up for me and were in fact not done. I basically had to do a lot of stuff myself. While under the care of Lisa Lindsay, during each visit throughout the year, she would check on one thing or anotherand then when it came time for my physical, she refused to give me one. She just wanted to use the information of things that she had done throughout the year. I was billed incorrectly on several occasions. I would schedule appointments specifically while Lisa was to be there and told the receptionist that I specifically wanted to see Lisa. However, when I got back in a room, Lisa would leave or send someone else in to see me. This happened on several occasions. During my last visit, Lisa ended up sending a student in to examine me. The student was not able to answer any of my questions and had to continuously leave the room to consult with Lisa. In the end, she did nothing to resolve my health concerns and issues, so I switched to an ACTUAL doctor. With all of the issues I had with Lisa, I tried to set up an appointment with the doctor which she works under (Dr. Randolph Schumacher), but was told that he cannot see her patients because they have a contract that he will not see her patients.

Her staff are rude ppl and dont care about you or your needs. She dont listen to you and just pushes pills
