Bought a Car from them in December, the salesman Tiffany Brinker was awesome ...thats the best i can say. From there everything else was a disaster the staff doesn't seem to know what's going on they sold me an extended warentey that five days later they said they shouldn't of sold me and its now five weeks later and still havnt refunded the money, quite honestly no one seems to even care.....I would never buy a another car from them if they were the last dealership on the planet. it's not even about the money its about the lack of customer concern and attitudes that reflect how a business is run and after this total debacle it is quite clear this dealership is not customer friendly and would not recommend them to anyone EVER.

I just bought a new truck here at Tom Gill and my sales rep was Jeff Woods, he was awesome, very attentive and informative, He searched until he found me the perfect truck. I've had may car in for schedule service several times at Tom Gill Chevrolet, and I have always been very satisfied.. Their communications about what is being serviced is always very clear. The Service Advisor's (Chad Ely) have always been helpful in the explanation of all items. Their prices seem fair, and the car is ready as scheduled.
