The service rep who answered the phone was extremely rude. I had a last minute one-time cleaning to get done, and she told me that I was being ridiculous expecting her to do it on such short notice especially when she had long time customers to cater too. I was only calling for information, I don't even want to try her service anymore. Honestly, I have no idea how good or bad the service is, but it usually starts from the time you pick up the phone. my first-time impression was bad, and that is an under-statement.
