My body can use another massage after having the therapist do a shorter time than I would have liked. It seems that the technique used and customer service is great.

I hate big gyms and never got the genuine care and direction on training as I have with JJF. WELL educated, very professional, not only your trainer but a best friend. Qualities that are lacking elsewhere are found here. It's a private gym so there's never anyone walking around making you feel uncomfortable. The gym has excellent equipment. Jesse is awesome! I'm a client for life. The moment you meet him you understand why everyone trains with him. The atmosphere at his studio is energetic, modivating, and non intimidating. My first meeting at Jesse's studio was unforgetable. There were people of all ages and sizes. Athletic training of teens ,to a man in his late 50's training with his family. I was also inspired to have meet a mother that was preparing for a figure or bikini show that told me she was in her mid 40's.Pretty Amazing!
