Received the worst flowers today! Look like they've been in the fridge for couple of days!

This florist is the most unorganized shop I have ever seen. Not only could she not show me anything for weddings but said she would get a quote for me for orchids and bows. She never called me. I called and she was not there and still did not call me back. How do you rate that?

Good quality for the price. We have always had good service and beautiful flowers from Stems.

Requested flowers sent to a customer in the hospital, same day delivery and received report that they were beautiful! :-)

The people there were rude and did not do as they said they would. I place an order for a family wheel, specified the number of spokes and apparently they cannot count. Before the family called me they called Stems. The family said they were very unfriendly towards them. After I received complaint from the family I called Stems. The lady I placed the order with said they were short handed and did not have time to talk to me all day, then hung up on me. I will never use this florist again and I suggest that you or anyone you know does not use them.
