      I called for emergency service on a cooler at 11:45 in the eve and left a message on the system. Kevin called me back within 5 min and seemed HAPPY to help me out! He took care of the emergency and followed up on the very next day (a holiday) with fantastic communication. Their professionalism and courtesy is something to benchmark in this industry!!
