I have been a client of Precious Memories Pet Cemetery & Crematory for over ten years, and I really can’t say enough good things about this establishment. I keep hedgehogs and run a hedgehog rescue, and also have cat companions, so I have worked with PM many times. A friend of mine who wanted to know how his pet’s remains were handled inside the crematory was allowed to view each step of the process and was very impressed; he said he would never worry about getting the ashes of his pet, as opposed to just a certain amount of ashes (as some crematories are known to do, even when the client pays for an individual cremation). I have called these folks after some losses where I just broke down on the phone, and they were very patient and comforting. I can just tell that they love animals and understand from the inside out what great sadness their clients experience. And clearly, they treat the remains of beloved companion animals with care and respect.I like the fact that they have choices as to where to place the cremains. Some of their funerary containers and urns are exquisite, but even the container that is automatically provided is attractive.They are also less expensive that most crematories. It is cheaper for me to ship my animals to Colorado (from Illinois) than it is to engage a local crematory! Not that I would. I trust Precious Memories to take the best care of my beloved quill- and fur-babies.

Precious Memories Pet Cemetery and Crematory has the best customer service I have come across in a very long time! We had our beloved dog, Ralphie, cremated there and I called several times for help with the photos for the urn. They were patient and very helpful every time I called.
