they say they are open 24/7 but that is a huge lie as well ... no one shows up when they are supposed to, they never call back , nothing ever gets fixed , nor do they keep their end of the warranties ...took 4 months for someone to show up after 4 cancellations on their part or just not showing up .they will never give you a straight up time just sometime between 8 am and 8 pm .... the repair guy keeps asking you what you think is wrong , but try and blames you for what he say is nothing wrong ... the fridge is set at 34 , yet the inside thermometer inside say 70 and the freezer is set at -4 but reads 28 inside , but sure he says nothing is wrong with it ... my food went bad , and he did not fix anything still waiting to get another appointment , they say they will call to set one up yet no call , even when you call or try and use their on line book appointment which always seems to be down .... do not deal or buy from sears your wasting your money !!! and you will have to play the waiting game with them and they will never fix anything you own ....
