Our church used EBT's service to go to NC, the bus broke down in Springfield, VA We waited for new tire or another bus for over 8 hours. Their service truck never came and the service station near by gave them a tire so we could continue on our trip. The service that we were going to NC to join in was almost over when we arrived.

I requested a quote and gave a refundable down payment of $300 for services from Ft. Wash. Md to Foxwood, CT. They garrenteed that I could get a full refund of my money back if I changed my mind more than 30 days before the trip. I called EBT to cancel out on the trip and Mr. Stubbs refused to give me back any part of my $300.

I have been using Elegance Bus tours for the last few years to do my wine festival trip. I have found the staff, drivers, and all EBT employees to be professional and accommodating. I recently started using Elegance Bus Tours June 2007, I love everything about the company. The staff and owner are very professional, the drivers always on time and any problems or concerns you have, they handle the situation in a timely manner. The bus and rest room are extremely clean and are equip with hand sanitizers. The drivers will get off the bus and assist each passenger on and off the bus, something I have not seen with other companies I've used in the past. This bus company sent to me on October 8, 2006, a 56-passenger bus that was so unsanitary. The bathroom smelled like an outhouse and after speaking to the owner, who then passed it on to one of his assistants, I do not or would not recommend this company to anyone. The only recourse they gave me was a free trip to Atlantic City or $150 over my next booking, which will never happen. The entire bus was dirty; had no wet wipes in the bathroom; floor was dirty and some seats could not be adjusted. As I explained to the assistant, I had 50 people on that stinky bus that should not have been released from the lot and all she could say was that she could put me on a shopping trip. It was not only me, there were 50 other people that some have expressed never to patronize my group again because of this. I asked, on October 10, for some sort of refund that I could at least give to the 49 other people and to date, I have not heard anything from that company.
