Provided by YP.comThe real problem I have with this establishment comes down to the "billing department" otherwise known as Dawn. She told me I was fully covered before my cleaning. . Then she told me I was covered for over half of the cost of my fillings after my cleaning, which I agreed to pay. . Then after both of my 2 fillings appointments, she assured me the coverage if remained the same. . Then miraculously she finds out I was NOT covered and tells my husband 2 months AFTER my fillings that I owed 100%. She has been intimidating, telling us, "We have been gracious," "I'm sorry this happened to you but this is your responsibility" "I hope you can resume payment or we will take legal action" and quickly saying a thankyougoodbye to hang up the phone on me. I found out that she never even called Tricare to check my insurance eligibility. She said they get lots of military families in, so she should know that I needed a supplemental plan, right? Something stinks here.

Provided by YP.comHaven't been to the new "spa" office, but work done a few years ago was poor and I am still paying for it. You wouldn't expect high pressure sales tactics in a dental office but they have it down. I resisted the repeated pushing to have my teeth whitened but fear took over when I was pushed to have expensive, un-neccesary work done on two teeth "because silver fillings are ugly," even though they were not bothering me. This all lead to a damaged tooth, a root canal, months of a lot of pain, and a sharp spot in the new material that repeatedly cut my tongue. Years later, I still can't chew a lot of things with those teeth because I feel it pull on the new parts. After that nightmare, I stayed away from dentists for awhile. I was just told recently that it looks like it was put on with a putty knife and needs removed due to poor work (that is putting it mildly). Others have said they were also pushed to have onlays done "until the insurance ran out," as a friend put it. There was never any compensation or apology. The previous office was really shabby and in a rough part of town. Talk about creating a new image. If you want a spa, go to a spa. Don't be blinded by the glitz, it's your teeth you have to live with.
