Told us it was non-smoking which was great with us...found the car with burns inside the car and smelled like smoke. We were told that there was no damage to the car but on the first full day we found that the doors would not open properly as if the car had been in an accident. We returned the car the following day to exchange for another one and a different person told us that they KNEW about that damage. Told us the car we were picking up instead clearly was not damaged in any way. In the lot we find the car with multiple dents, scrapes and deep scratches over inches long. She DID NOT want to come out to document the damage but finally did after we insisted. This seems to be a scam to send out cars with no noted damage in order to charge the customers upon return. The folks at the counter had terrible attitudes and tried to explain to us how the rental business works. I just wanted a car that had any damaged noted so we were not responsible for it. They tried very hard NOT to do that - with two different cars - it certainly puts their policies and business practices in doubt.
