This place has poor customer service. I called inquiring about their inventory and the salesperson (Drew) got my number off caller ID and has called twice since then with me telling him NOT to call me. I called today to complain about the calls and was placed on hold for 30 minutes until we got disconnected!

My disabled sister went to the Crowley Rd. location and bought a car that was more expensive than she could pay. She told me they said she could bring it back if it didn't work out and they would fix any problems. I told her that just doesn't happen! She did take it back and they accepted the car back and released her contract. I am amazed and cannot thank them enough! Any dealership that would do that when not legally obligated is exceptional and a place I would recommend highly! Thank you AutoMaxx!

Please dont buy a car frim any of the auto maxx dealers ships the dont do wat they say they will i bought a car from them and i was told by david the mgr that they would fix the sunroof and then when they found out wat it woyld cost they wont fix it they dont care about your saftey or any one else all they want is ur money ive had to fix the brakes,front tire, a/c and ive only have had me car for one month only so stay away go some where else to buy a car stay away from here all youll be doing is buying a big head ache and more problem that you dont want

Don't ever buy a car from them my sister bought a car from them she has it for only a week while she was driving the car on the freeway the whole tire flew off the car just dropped and she almost hit three cars worst place the ever get a car
