Worst renting experience. My roommate and myself are both TCU students and rented a property on University Dr. from Lodge Property Management this past year (2012-2013). From the very beginning, got my keys late by a month and the locks on the property had to be reset. Once inside the house, had to deal with the fact that the property was not "cleaned" like the company said they would do nor was the bathtub fixed as promised nether. We forced Lodge Properties to replace our toilet due to the fact that water was leaking everywhere every time we flushed. Had to wait 7, SEVEN, months for our tub to be resurfaced (was a nasty brown color instead of white). Noticed a hole in the back of the house between the outer wall and roof and called and informed Jackson, our contact within Lodge Properties, to have it fixed. Instead, weeks went by and we eventually had a family of squirrels living in our attic. After about a month of calling AT&T to repair and having Lodge Properties come out and work on getting the squirrels out, we were finally through with that ordeal. Also, fun fact, Lodge Properties had been paying our gas bill without us knowing (we would have gladly paid but we were never informed) for quite a few months into us renting the place. Eventually the company noticed and stopped paying...in the middle of December...our gas was shut off and we had no explanation as to why. Even after calling them, Lodge Properties couldn't tell us that they had shut off our service due to the lack of any structure at their office. At the end of our lease we were due our deposits back and it wouldn't be right if the company had to do our last interaction with them correctly. They called only a couple of hours before they sent the checks out to confirm our forwarded addresses, since I was not near my phone and did not answer, they made the only logical decision which was to send the $650 check to the property that I had rented. As in the one I had just moved out of... I would recommend that absolutely NO ONE rent from this company, terrible customer service and company structure.

Great landlord, rent a house from them for 3 years.

I rented a house from Ross, it was the perfect home me. It needed a couple of things repaired when I moved in and Ross came right over and fixed them. Lodge Properties is the best landlord Ive every had!
