Avoid their bodyshop -- the service is so-so, but they charge $$$, and takes long time (they actually send your car to a body shop in Boston). The service rep is aweful.

The attitude of the service representatives was horrible. They damaged my car and wouldn't admit that they had done it. They also do not keep personal information private by leaving service records face up on the desk showing personal info such as customer's name, address and phone number! Very poor service!
