I have been going to Dr Keplinger and Premier Eyecare for several years. I have always received a thorough exam and the doctor and staff are friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of glasses and accepted my insurance. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I had a terrible experience! They even had me sign paperwork and a credit card slip AFTER they dilated my eyes. I could not see what I was signing. They said it was standard practice? Also, I have insurance and they charged me more than what other places would have charged without insurance! When I called to ask for an itemized statement, they said that they were already making my glasses so I couldn't cancel them? I want an itemized statement does not translate to anything else as far as I know? DO NOT GO HERE!

waited on hold, real person never helped me...ad says 24 hour eye care but no one was available to help me...called 3 times and wasnt even able to leave a message !!!
