All around good service. Not the cheapest rates in town but their service is very good and you get what you pay for. I'd still recommend them over any other facility.

Nice facility. Stored my mother's things here after she died last year and I finally had the time to go through the storage unit this past week and get it cleared out. Staff was always courteous and the facility clean.

Pretty cool place, free moving equipment to use so you don't need to bring your own dolley. Floors and units are clean, doors don't stick, you can buy anything you don't already have, like shelves & boxes.

Storing craft supplies here, so far I'm happy but it's only been about 5 weeks. Nice and clean and no complaints

I had a really good experience with the employees here at the FL location. The rates were pretty low and they offer extras that most places don't but the staff really made the experience -- friendly, helpful and they seem like they enjoy working here.

Best deal around. Move in special + free moving truck = saved my butt. Thanks guys

I've used self storage before but Access Self Storage is by far the best. I was storing valuables for a few months so I liked that they had individual alarms for units. Also really appreciated the flatbed cart and dolleys to move some heavy urns and an entertainment center. They completely went beyond my expectations, highly recommended!

The Franklin Lakes area has been blessed with the Access Self Storage company. I recently had water damage in my home and had to remove most of my things into storage. A quick online search for storage company yielded this amazing company. I was very down about what happened to my home and Access quickly resolved this issue by letting me use a free truck to move my stuff. I was worried that my things would not be safe but they reassured me that they have an excellent security system set in place. The unit was big enough to put my belongings inside. The wide driveways allowed me to easily move my stuff into the unit. I am grateful for Access Self Storage in Franklin Lakes being there in my hard times.

I originally heard about Access Self Storage about 6-7 months ago when I helped a friend of mine move her things into storage. I was impressed with their service and she was able to have her things there with no problems whatsoever. Fast forward 7 months, I'm doing some work in my house and storage was the best option. The staff at Access Self Storage is helpful and it's really been convenient for me to go this route. I think Access is a great storage company and the deserve a glowing review!
